2006 22 ve

My 22 Ve keeps going into limp mode when it either in idle or coming out of low idle reverse or forward.
I had it in at the dealer and they replaced the batteries but could not
Find the problem. When I turn the key off and restart it, it seems to
Reset and work normally. Any suggestions?
