    Walk Tru Window

I just bought a 1997 Pre2150 WT. Its a well taken care of boat wiht only 215hrs on it. But the one issue is the walk thru window falls through when closing it. Ive read a few posts were most just add some aluminium to the frame to extend it, to which Im ok with doing. But is this something that is going to keep getting worse as the boat ages or do you think it is pretty well settled out?

    Thanks

I had a 1997 2150 and had the same issue. I tried the metal piece but did not do any good. Sorry to tell you but the only way to fix it is to remove the windshield on one side and move it closer. Once I did that, I did not have any issues.
If its not fun, Why do it?

Have you tried tightening all the screws and adjusting all the adjustments?
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

I had the same boat and mine did that too, I loosened the window and adjusted it. Seemed to work.

The window tight to the hull and hasnt moved any that I can tell. The only adjustments I saw were the uprights. Ive tried to adjust them but it still didnt help. I'll have to look under the dash to see if the entire window frame can be slid over.
