I just bought this 2001 Tige 2300V a month ago and had never tried it out so I inspected it upon starting it in the water. It has gas spraying out of the connection between the electric fuel pump and the connector hose that goes to the carbureator. When I messed with that connection it doesn't seem to be connected by any method of screw on or anythng. It just looks to push together and has 2 rubber o rings. Is this the normal connection and what keeps it from blowing apart when fuel pressure is applied.
