    No stereo sound.

This is a question that chpthril can probably give me the answer to. The boat is at my house and I am working on the upgrades. Turned the stereo on but I get no sound. I played with the volume, fade and balance controls. Changed from tuner to aux. and back, changed channels, the amps indicater lights are on and I have done nothing since I put it away last fall. Any ideas?

So everything looked like it powered up like it should....amp lights on, head-unit lit up, etc?

I would check the RCA cables going from the head-unit to the amp. The OEM cables that Tige uses are notorious for coming loose.

You can also take your 3.5MM x RCA AUX cable and plug it directly into the amp's RCA ports and use the MP3 as your source unit. This eliminates the amp(s) and points up stream to be the problem.

I will try the mp3 cable hookup tomorrow. RCA cables were plugged up. Everything I could tell was correct and on. It was getting dark and I was tired from all the contorted positions I was in while searching for the problem. How do you do it all the time? I did hook the y adapter for the transom remote up but I disconected it and checked where I was. Thanks

        No Stereo Sound

A bit of a long shot...Clarion radio? If so, there is a 1 amp fuse that is in line at the back side of the radio that may be blown. In a white inline fuse casing. The radio in my then new 09 20V would turn on, look like it should work and no sound. My buddy hooked his I phone into the iPod connector and caused the sound to stop. Had the factory sending some guys to check it out but curiosity got the best of me and I actually shorted the 1 amp circuit out and when I replaced the fuse I had sound, just pulling the fuse and checking it may reset something. good luck!

I was going to look for fuses. That is probably it. Same symptoms.
