Faria Speedometer inop

I have a 2004 20' switch V. The speedometer doesn't work and using the Faria instruments troubleshooting guide, I determined that the speed pickup (electronic wheel type) is bad. Has anyone replaced these or have a part number?

is it the unit that is bad? i know we broke off a wheel and couldnt get speed once.. thats a cheap and easy fix you may want to inspect before you order a new triducer

They are easy to swap. Im pretty sure its an Airmar unit. Call them and they can give you the current replacement part number and probably tell you where to purchase. But double check the paddle wheel, they can be replaced also if they are broken or do not spin freely.
