    water dripping underneath dash

I have a lot of warm to hot water dripping underneath my dash onto my feet. Enough to soak the floorboard. Where is it coming from?

    Not sure why it's hot....
But typically, if you have water dripping from under the dash, it's a loose or cracked pitot tube from an analog speedo. Do you have a paddle wheel speedo or a pitot type?

What skip said. It probably needs a new heater core.

A friend's Bu had a heater not properly winterized. Heater core cracked and would dump hot water in driver's footwell. He bypassed it that day on the lake.

Arent the heater core's usually under the passenger side dash?

Mine is just in front of driver dash. I wondered if there could be a leak from there.

Nuther vote for heater core. Water runs out of the vent tubes. Could be split heater hose as well.

Yes my boat has a heater. It also has a small paddle wheel at the rear below the swim platform.

Have you not winterized yet or replaced the heater core? Yur asking for further and more expensive trouble if not.

I first notices this water last summer during theist couple of outings. The boat has already been winterized. I have not replaced the heater core but it's looking more and more like it may be the culprit. Where exactly is the heater core installed?

Fallow the heater ducts to their source. The heater assembly contains the blower motor and core with the heater duct outlets. In most Tige boats, its in front of the helm.

Since the boat is already winterized, id wait till spring to replace the core.
