    Drive Shaft

The carbon flange on my PSS seal final went. I ordered the new part and it came. The replacement instructions seem pretty straight forward. One poential issue is the lock nut on the flange (trans side). Anybody have a good way to remove this?

back the nut off far enough that it protects the threads and start to install the shaft again untill it presses the shaft out

Thanks Lakebum. That worked like a charm. Now All I have to do is figure out how to plumb the new PSS Seal into the cooling system.

On the exhaust riser there should be an 1/8" plug near the gasket surface where it mates with the manifold, use that: pull the plug and plumb in a BRONZE 90* fitting and correct size adapters for the hose.
