Mooring up today when I gave the boat a good handful of reverse. The boat is now getting a severe vibration in both forward and reverse gears. Any ideas?

check your prop for any nicks or dings....a buddy of mine with an 04 22v got a little 8th inch nick on one of his propellers a week ago and now his whole boat vibrates like crazy!!!!Comment

could be bushings in the rear strut. check to see if there is any up and down movement in the drive shaft at the rear strut97 tige 2150wt bought new in june of 97.oct 08 2000 hr. BartComment

Sorted. Mashed prop. Many thanks to North South Marine and Leisure in Lisnaskea Northern Ireland for sorting out repair rebalance and alignment check. Great service.Comment
