    How to reset warning?

I had a knock sensor that wasn't connected after winterization and was getting a warning message. Boat ran fine & still does though. I am assuming it won't naturally reset itself after a few key cycles. Is there any way to reset it without towing it back to the dealer? I had even thought about buying a scan tool like the one I have for my truck, but I haven't tracked down the computer connection or know what system Tige uses.

I'm just guessing, maybe try unhooking the battery for about 20 minutes.

I had the exact same thing happen on my ex343 engine...knock sensor wasnt reconnected after winterization.

I just used the speed control down button to clear the message, and it hasn't come back since. The engine control module runs a test every now and then above and beyond its normal monitoring of running data to see if those sensors are there, vacuum test on the gas chamber, etc etc, and if it runs the test and sees the knock sensor responding then you should be good to go!
