Hull repair/touchup

Need some advice on what to do about a hull chip repair and what, if any, are some preventative measures to take. I know there is some kind of keel gaurd that you can put near the front, but the chips are near the bottom. See photos.

you can use an epoxy resin and add color. Getting the color correct is the challenge. Good Luck.
