    Starting Issues - V22

I have an 03 V22 and just recently the boat has began not starting. I have ignition and the boat turns over, just seems like the fuel is not getting there. I know it is EFI but I threw it into neutral and started pumping the throttle and it finally started. Then the next time it took almost an hour to do the same thing. I pressed the EFI fuel release(?) and I was told gas should have come out and none did. Any idea's of what to check next?

        Hard starting

        Chuck,
How old is your battery? One of Tiges special "qualities" is that when the battery becomes weak it will still turn over, but does not have the juice to fire the electrical system.
You will notice that the engine will turn over, but will not fire until that last split second when you give up and release the key. That is the moment when the starter stops pulling all the juice and the electrical system get the power surge needed to generate the spark.

        Best Regards,

        Jason

not a"tige" special quality, it's an "efi" quality.
the ecm requires a minimum of 11.4 vlts to wake up.
i think you probably have, a empty fuel filter, bad fuel pump or a restriction of flow.
