More then likely, the Depth is wrapped up with the speed and water temp in the thru-hull Tri-ducer.
On my 06, the air temp sensor was wired-tied to the harness under the helm.

hmm...ok nothing is wrong with mine but I was wondering where it is actually located. Where is this thru hull Tri-ducer? Is it located in the back somewhere. Just would like to know where the readings for depth are coming from (front or back of boat)?

Thanks for the help.
Starboard side of bilge almost right below the oil filter, or remote filter adaptor if you have remote filter.

i have an 04 21i the transducer is in the speedo housing at the right lower corner of the hull under the platform. the readings are pretty accurate but read the manuals and set the keel depth on the speedo so you get a true bottom to your boat before setting shallow alarm!
