I am trying to figure out what the 2 accessory switches on my instrument panel do? i have 1 on each side of the steering wheel. do they turn on the 12v outlets in the rear storage comnpartments or are those always hot? are the accessory switches for something else? i dont have ballust, led kit, etc etc, just a base 2009 22ve.

I think the 12v outlets are always hot. My guess is that they are set up for the future in case you want to add something. I have one that does nothing and the other is wired to some underwater LED's. I'm sure someone else on here will give a definitive answer. -
I believe "Ryannjena" is correct.
The 12 Volts should always be hot (when batteries are on) and Tige puts the same switches in each boat i think, you can look on thier backs to see if anything is wired into them, if not they are there for future wiring. You can add accesories and run them through the rocker switches.Comment

12v outlets are always hot. those acc. switches are there for stuff you dont have. they can be used for anything you want to add on. shower L E D lighting some people hook their radio to them instead of to the key.Comment
