Search for a new Rudder. 2003 tige 22v

We ran into rocks today at the lake and bent the rudder and broke the part inside the boat that secures the rudder. I found a full assembly on ebay but am not sure whether it's a universal thing or where else to buy. if anyone has experience with this it'd be great

I'd contact Discount Inboard Marine, they should be able to get you fixed up.

I had to replace my rudder last year and got the assembly from this website: http://www.skidim.com/prodinfo.asp?n...SC-RPTNSLOTASS
It was an easy direct replacement for my 2000 2300V. Not sure if its the same as your 22V. Mine has a MH (marine hardware) stamp on it. You could check out their complete line to match with at their website www.marineharware.com to verify your getting the correct one.

Ok i talked to the guys at inboard marine and she said it wouldn't work. I called Marine Hardware and they said it they had the part. When you replaced your rudder, what did you use to seal?
