    Need help '99 2100 V- bilge wiring/ back hull

My switch on the bilge went out. I got a new switch. A friend came over and took out the old switch while I was working on changing out the starter. Now I cannot seem to figure out how the wires go on the bilge switch on the dash. The switch has four prongs. If someone could take a picture of the wiring underneath the dash so I can get the bilge working again, it would be a great help.

Hull design on the older v drives- There is a big whole on the backside of the boat above the platform. I keep my boat on the water (no trailer) so on weekends from waves and when we are riding water splashes up into the hole (the hole was designed for the blower to blow out fumes-my blower doesn't work anyways). I'm curious if anyone has ever had this issue and figured out how to cover it. Two options that I can think of- glue a plate on the backside of the boat, or on the inside of the boat inside the engine compartment. Kind of an out there question but figured I'd ask.

Last question- there is massive amounts of water in the engine compartment everytime I go to the boat. Partly from the issue just mentioned, but I believe something else is going on. Apart from the packaging what else could be leaking.

    thanks

I had the same boat with the water comeing in the back from waves while docked. In stead of a plate like you are looking at I had the inside fiberglassed and that stopped the problem. I did not have packing on my boat so I don't think you do.

Where did you vent your blower to after covering the hole? That is a problem on my 21V riders. When I'm surfing and stop to fast the wake will splash in that cut out.

I vented the blower to the port and starboard sides of the rear, either side of current rectangle opening. It was above the rubrail and worked good.Holes did have tbe drilled for them.
