2010 tige touch question

Dear All,
My boat is 2010 RZ series with tigetouch,
I have the following question due to be the first owner
1) there are few emerging button uder the dash, include blige , blower,ballast and light. What positions should all be when the boat is in operation. Should I turn on all , or keep off as tige touch will control them.
2) what is normal operation temp. for the engine (mine is 6.0L ) and oil pressure in opearation?
3) Is there any sea **** in the boat and I cannot find the shut off valve when flush the cooling system. IS is a one way direct water intake, so do not have to worry the valve anymore??

I've never paid attention to what positions the manual switches are in - but I would assume off unless you needed to use them in case of touch failure.

I have the 6.0L PCM also. Your engine should run around 160 in idle or normal operation - maybe get up to 170 when its working hard/or if you stop suddenly, temp will rise temporarily. Oil Pressure varies with throttle obviously - in neutral it will be low, seems like 2500 rpm will give you about 40 psi.

Mine is equipped with fresh water flush kit as I use it on sea.
The sea **** (shut off valve can not be found from the entire hull, whereas I cannot prevent the water intake from the strainer and allow fresh water to flush the cooling system.
Someone told me tige boat is designed not having the sea ****.
