I have a 98 22I. My RPMs will not go over 3000. I check my throttle linkage and its fine. I have an acme 525. It has gotten over 4000 a month ago but will not now. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

If you might have a fuel pressure problem. I'd start there. Could be a clogged fuel filter, could be the fuel pressure regulator (which deteriorates when exposed to ethanol).Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."Comment

where are those located? Is there somthing I can do to prevent it. Also I was on the black scorpion website yesterday and it said to run 87 octane and I have been running 93 will this make a diffrence.Comment
