    2008 x2

While wakesurfing I sucked in some water thru the fuel vent. Boat was not running well. Drain all fuel. What is best procedure from this point, to ensure I get all the water out.

If the tank is, you've got most of it. I would change the fuel/water separator, add a bottle of gas-dry (each fill up) and then run it. If it starts to run rough again, you will probably need to drain the fuel/separator again.
