01 21 V 350 mag mpi Fuel Pressure and Timing

Can any one tell me what the fuel pressure & timing should be on my 350-MAG-MPI-SKI-(GEN)
Do you know if there is a at home fuel injection cleaning system you can buy. This would be the one that hooks up at the fuel rail?

My 2000 with 350 Mag mpi manual says 8 degr btdc. Couldnt find anything on the fuel pressure. Looks like theres a number for Mercury Marine Services that could help..405-743-6566.

Fuel pressure 29-32psi, 8 btdc, 87 octane.
