I have a 1997 2200v. My boat has been trouble free since the day I owned it. I did go through a small learning curve on general maintenance and troubleshooting. I replaced the vinyl and had a local shop wet sand the boat to bring back the original color.

Your speedo issue could also be found on just about any boat out there, as Airmar is a huge supplier of transducers, even Correct Craft uses them

I had a similar issue with my boat, not the speedo, but with a bad part that was supplied to Tige, then installed at the factory. It turns out that the regulator for my alternator was faulty. Unfortunately, it took 27 hours on the engine for the battery to drain that problem to manifest itself. But, I can't blame Tige when they are just installing a part supplied to them, especially, when they step up and correct the problem promptly. Happy boating.

I have a 2006 tige 22v and i bought in in feb. of 2008 with 60 hours on it! I have 450 hours on it now and i have to tell you.......Boats like to be ran! If i leave mine sitting for 6 weeks and jump in and go its always some little annoying issue! but when i run it all the time it runs like a champ! I will go out for a full day and not turn the boat off all day! seems like the harder i run mine the better it performs! Just yesterdat i went to the river dropped it in with a full 48 gals of fuel ran it for 7 hours straight without ever turning the key off! burned 42 gals of fuel during the seven hours and ran 2500 lbs of ballast and never missed a beat! I swear by Tige and they will have me in the family as long as i can afford to own one! A good dealer relationship helps alot as well!

i have a 2007 22ve with 380 hours only issue i've had is bilge pump failed because of debris in it from building of boat. seems small compared to my 42' motorhome which cost 5 times what tige did.i have been to factory twice to get two different laundry list fixed. but like rvers say don't sell it once you get the bugs worked out all rv's are like that. any boat owner who is honest about it has had at least one thing go wrong with thier boat. i think use is the best action to take the more you use it the less problems you have. i keep mine full of gas every use and use blue stabil for the winter. also put fuel and injector cleaner once a year. HAPPY BOATING

I have 45 hrs on my 2010 RZ2. It was an early 2010 production unit and did sit for some time. (Also due to the fact I'm in Canada and the weather wasn't cooperating earlier on in the season.) Have had no issues and infact, the earlier touch screens were not as sensitive as the new ones are, so my dealer had it swapped out for me no questions asked. This certainly wasn't keeping me off the water. After my Four Winns nightmare, I would recommend a Tige to friends and family any chance I got. We also have a great dealership in BC - Redline Water sports who have been a pleasure to deal with.
