Trans Oil light???

HI all,
I just purchased a '99 21V Riders, is it normal that the Trans Oil light is on at idle? After putting it in drive and inching the throttle it goes off and stays off when driving. I checked the fluid level and all looks good. thanks...

Yes it is normal. It should stay on when the engine is under 1500 rpms.
