2009 22Ve subwoofer and speaker wiring harness?

I have the basic factory stereo installed in my 2009 22Ve. Did they run the wires to the extra 2 speaker locations already? did they run a subwoofer wiring already? is the alpha z tower prewired for speakers? if so, where are the other ends of these speaker cables?

The speaker wires for the tower are folded and stuffed in the left side of the tower. You have to fold the tower to fish them out and pull them down the acess hole in the base of the tower.

There are RCA outputs for the amp which you will have to add, and then send the wires around to the sub, which you should mount under the helm, this is what I am planning to do.
