    Throttle Cable Problem? Throttle Overotating

My throttle cable seems to be acting up. If you consider nuetral being when the handle is pointing straight up at 0 degrees, the throttle "handle" now rotates probably 130 degrees forward when I give it "full throttle", and rotates about equally far in reverse as well. I seem to remember that it used to be at full throttle when it was less than 90 degrees foward of nuetral.

What is going on with this? I checked in the engine compartment and found a little turnable knob at the end of the throttle cable, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I can turn the knob to take up slack on the cable, but after moving the throttle to full throttle the knob unwinds and I have slack again.

I also noticed that the throttle lever on the engine (below the air intake) has a spring on it that is attached by a zip tie to a hose on my water pump. Is that correct and does it have anything to do with my problem?

That doesnt sound like a problem to me...

The black knob, servo and spring are all part of Perfect Pass.

Got it. Thanks, I was worried about that servo, since I couldn't see it doing anything, but of course I wasn't messing with the PP when I was playing with it.
