    Depth Finder Alarm

2009 22ve. The depth finder alarm is set to 6'.

When the boat gets to 6' of water or less, the alarm surely displays on the main console, but there's no audible signal. So unless you're constantly watching the console, you inevitably miss it.

Is this particular to our boat or is this widespread on the 2009 model year?

This is going to sound stupid but we have a 2008 22ve and I didn't know there was an alarm. How do you set the depth?

I am not trying to high jack the post but I lost my keel off set and I am not sure what my settings should be? I do have an audible alarm. I have my shallow at 3.5 and my keel at 6 feet but I don't think that is right.

      Thanks

I'm afraid I don't have much of an answer. The reason is that I don't keep the boat near our home. All I remember is that it's fairly intuitive. From the main menu, go to settings and in there there's a depth alarm section.

Of course, that's providing the 08 and 09 computers are the same
