Need some insight!!

I'm headed tomorrow to pick up a new to me 2004 22i type R. Boat has 231 hours. Looks very clean. Any suggestion on top 5 things to look for before I hand over the $$$ can boat be started out of water to prove it runs? He said it's been in storage for 2 years and they don't use it anymore.

My list so far:

check make sure tap functions

Check for any fluid leaks

Check voltage

Gauges all work

Trailer is lubed

Hook it up to a fake a lake and run the engine. I would personally want to see it in on the water to check for leaks, vibration and most importantly test the engine under load.

Took it for a spin. Took it home. Thanks bsreid. Headed to the lake today.
