2016RZX Bow Drain Hole

Does anyone know what's underneath the bow drain hole under the seats? I'm constantly having to clear the smallest debris in order to get all the water out. Frustrating that it won't always drain by itself. I'd like to drill a larger hole but am afraid of what I might hit with a drill bit.

So no I don't know, but from what I have seen is usually there will be a hose attached that's just long enough to dump the water into the bilge. But I have seen where boat companies kink that hose accidently when putting the boat together, in which case it will always drain slow, even when you get the kink out it drains slow from the permanent crease left in the hose. And then some are just clogged up.

Have you tried clearing it out with an air hose?
