2020 Tige 22RZX with the 6.2L 400HP Raptor Indmar…
We had a new, persistent warning beep every 5 seconds. There were no faults. No performance issues. We had been slow cruising at 5mph for about 5 minutes when it started.
Did the ”old guy stands around and looks at the engine whilst scratching his head” for a while. Plugged it in to charge it just in case some sort of low voltage issue wasn’t mucking things up.
Came back a few hours later. Checked the oil level (full). Checked the coolant level and it was below the “Low” line. Topped it off and the alarm resolved.
Is that really it? And why could the system alert me but not display the specific problem?
I’m happy I noticed it because we were about to pull the boat and take it to the dealer (and not be able to use it during the few warm months we have here).
This is as much an FYI as a question. The boat manual and the engine manual mention nothing of a beep like that.
