08 22I no power at guages/switches/helm

I have an 08 Tige 22i and am experiencing zero power at the helm. The only gauges that work are the hour meter and the fuel gauge (although it reads wrong). No lights, no sweeping of gauges, etc. No switches work (bilge pump, ballast pump, engine blower, etc. Nothing works.
This boat was a project. I have replaced the transmission, battery, starter, fuel pump, throttle body. Finally got it running today and runs excellent. Don't notice any missed ground cables. Everything is connected on the battery. Fuse box checked. No DTC codes per scan tool. Anything ideas?

Check the kill switch and the wires running to the kill switch, make sure its in neutral, check kill switch lanyard if you have one.

All these boats get their power from the engine harness so check the 10 pin connection for power, twist it around with the key on and see if it catches power at any point. It may need to be replaced and is not uncommon for pins to lose connectivity.
