    2003 24v - navigation or anchor lights?

Continuing the journey to discover what everything does....
Are these stainless lamp fittings considered navigation lights or anchor lights? - so far I haven't discovered a switch on the dash that turns them on - there are switches for navigation & anchor lights on the dash, but these two lights don't come on with any switch.
The bulbs or a fuse could be blown - also, if they do have blown bulbs, they're slightly hard to get to by reaching back from the bow panel where the pop-up nav light is - maybe they're meant to be unscrewed from outside the hull?

Also, there's a white plastic fitting on the starboard outside of the hull just forward of the wake tower mount, that looks a bit like a vent, but from the inside there's 12v wiring going to it, so that looks like it'll be another light of some sort - maybe docking.

Any info on these would be appreciated. Thanks

I think the first is the horn.
Second could be a docking light? Not really sure as it looks like a white light vs Red/Green.

      Great! Thanks for that both!.
anyone had any experience with changing bulbs on the docking lights?
Looks to me like it would be simpler to remove the cover from the outside.
will have a go and see how that turns out.

ok, so taking the fitting off the docking lights from the outside is definitely the way to go.
There's a halogen bulb in there - there's voltage to the terminals when the docking lights switch goes on, so it should just be a matter of replacing the halogen bulbs.
In taking the fitting off to get to the inside it appeared there was a thin slick of silicone or similar that had been put around the outside rim of the fitting where the fitting screws on the surface of the boat hull.
Once I replace the bulbs, and screw the fitting back on, should I re-silicone that joint or rely on the original fitting seal to keep the water out? ....keeping in mind the boat is 20 years old!
