Starter issues

Over the last few outings my starter was making some odd sounds during initial startup. Fast forward to today, go to start motor and starter just creates a high pitched whining sound. No engagement from starter to motor. Just the whining sound.

2008 22V. Batteries fully charged. Thoughts?

Sounds like the bendix stuck or the mechanical function of the solenoid failed.

Thanks for the feedback. What do you think my options would be? Just replace the starter and move on or is there another fix that could be considered?

If its getting proper voltage at the proper time, id just replace the whole starter/solenoid assembly.
