Ventilation - passive & active needed?

Hi guys! Recently bought an older Tige V drive. Noticed ducts coming from cowlings in front of windshield direct air into seating area but none of them are routed to the engine compartment. There is a blower in the engine compartment, but I’m concerned there isn’t enough ventilation when cruising with the blower off. Is this normal? Thanks in advance!

Those front intakes should have hoses running into the bilge for forced air movement while underway.

Thank you for the reply. Any of the front intakes vent to the cockpit area or should all of them be hosed to the bilge?
