Fuel fill line size on 2008 20v?

Planning on putting in a return fuel line to the tank as suggested by MarinePower to solve vapor lock issues.
The return is fed back to tank by splicing into the fuel fill line, seems like it's either a 1-1/2" or 2" line. Does anyone know for sure on a 2008 20V?
Trying to order parts before I get the boat out of storage. Thanks in advance!

I am a bit confused. What is the problem you are experiencing? Vapor lock is when the full supply to the engine boils after shut down, preventing the engine from starting, or it runs bad after restarting. Any action with the fuel supply lines would not require 1-1/2 or 2" lines.

A fuel filling issue would require a hose of that size, but this would not be a vapor lock issue nor a Marine Power issue. This would be a boat builder's problem.

Did Marine Power misunderstand your issue?

Yep, on hot days after the engine is hot and the boat sits for an hour, it gets vapor lock (or something like it). Marinepower sent this attached image and sold me the fitting to plumb in a return line to the tank, they suggested splicing into the fill neck. This allows the fuel pump to flush out the vapor and pump it back to the tank rather than to the engine. Sounded like its a fairly common problem that has gotten more common with more ethanol perhaps.
