paddle wheel, taps relay, and fuse panel

I recently brought home my 2001 2100v with mag 350 to do some repairs before the season. A few questions:
    1. Can anyone tell me what size paddle wheel to get for the in-hull sensor. I think its connected to the cruise control. It was missing when i bought the boat.
    2. Can someone help me identify the wires for the fuse panel. I haven't taken the time to trace them and i'm having some weird electrical bugs.
    3. Need help with my taps system. I powered up everything a few days ago and the taps worked for about 2 minutes then it died and just started clicking under the dash. Is this a relay issue?

Here are some pictures of the things i'm asking about

I replaced the paddlewheel a few years ago on my 2005 22i and it was a Raymarine R69051 paddle wheel kit.

      Brown/yellow - shower
      Blue/white - storage lights
      Brown/red - auto bilge
      purple/white - I believe was the heater

You red wires will be 12v receptacles, taps pump and any other options someone added after the fact. There were a few open spots on the panel.

If you hear the relay clicking after you pressed the button, the wires may be crossed in the handle and contacting each other. I would unplug the three wire connection from the shifter to the taps relay. Center is power I believe on that year model. Then the two outer pins trigger the relay to move it up or down.
      Oh Yeah!

thank you! I'll take a longer look at the electrical this weekend and hopefully get to the bottom of these issues.

On your Taps I had the same issue, just clicking, sometimes it would work for a second or so and then clicking. Dealer wanted $1000.00 to fix it. I pulled the handle apart and the wires had gotten brittle and cracked and it was grounding out. $.0002 worth of electrical tape saved me $1000.00

And just throwing this out there another Taps issue I had was my plate would not hold, it would raise on its own. Took the actuator off and cleaned a tiny, tiny piece of dirt from the valve and 2nd problem fixed.
