My 2005 21i is sounding a steady alarm

My 2005 is powering down at 2500 rpm and a steady high patch alarm sounding..anyone know what this could be? Thanks

Limp mode?....engine is likely protecting itself.

Hmm... My wife had the plug shake loose and almost lost it. We pumped out the water and everything was fine for a bit, then this started the next day.
