2001 21V audible alarm and dash light when in neutral

Recent purchase for me and first ever boat. Boat seems to run great. Every time I go to neutral I get an alarm (constant tone) and small red dash light (?)

Is this normal? Question entered my mind after reading a different post mentioning alarm tone and people said it was indicating a problem.

The red dash light is normal. Its the pressure switch for the Vdrive. The audible alarm is not
