    2016 RZR Weird/changing surf settings

I've had a 2016 RZR for 3 weeks now - everything has been working great - no problem getting good surf wave both sides at factory settings. Then today couldn't get a wave either side! Centre Taps working but neither side actuator would work. Went into dealer mode 'surf demo' and still nothing either side. Took the sad kids home... Then I reset all power and voila, entire system seemed to reset. At the dock in 'surf demo' actuators were moving according to taps setting. So then we tried to surf again. I could get a good wave goofy side but nothing regular. Went to 'surf demo' and am now getting different actuator readings for each side at same setpoint (see pics). My questions:
-Is there a way to 'hard reset' the Lenco actuators / surf system?
-Can I manually override the settings somehow?
-What should the actuator settings be for various setpoints (i.e. if I'm setting up to surf regular side then STBD actuator should be deployed, PORT actuator at 0?)
-Do I have a software problem and/or need an upgrade? Is there a way of doing this short of bringing to a dealer?
-Could I have a bad Lenco on one side causing feedback/control issues?
It's very frustrating that 'surf works then it doesn't'! I'm happy to hear any suggestions!!

Theres a couple different things that could be happening. If one actuator is a dead short the PDM will stop working and not deploy tabs. Dumping the master resets it all

The other thing that might be happening is this

Was an issue with swim platform mounted geometry. Dont think that's your issue if it was working before tho.

        Thanks Freeheel.

A terminology question - What does PDM stand for?

It appears I have EXACTLY the same issue as what is shown on the youtube video. Now the real question - Is there a 'fix' from Tige or elsewhere?

To use the boat this summer I'm thinking I'm going to come up with a couple of manual brackets to 'fix' the fins in position - but that seems like an absolutely ridiculous thing to have to do to make a $100k boat work the way it's supposed to...!!!!!

Again - any advice or direction would be very much appreciated...!

There's a retro kit that changes the geometry to the transom. Or you upfit to GSA like a lot of others have done. Other option is making a piece so plates can can over and get stuck in the bind.

Thanks again freeheel. My temporary fix was just to move the bottom mount location back ~1/2" - that seems to change the geometry enough that it didn't bind yesterday and it got us surfing for the day (it was Canada Day up here so that was a priority!).

Is the retro kit from Tige or a third party? I would imagine I can find info on the GSA upfit in this forum? Any suggestion as to which fix will lead to best long-term performance? I'm thinking I can make a piece that will stop the Lenco from coming 'over-centre' pretty easy and that's not a bad fix...?

Nice work!! Geometry is definitely a fix!! A block on top of the plate to keep it fromm camming over helps too. The retro kit came from Tige. It wasn't necessarily meant to change from platform mounted geometry to the newer transom mounted geometry, but it would work. Not sure if the kits are still available.

Theres a handful of guys here that have switched to GSA and I dont think anyone has not been happy with it. Germaine Marine here on the forum has supplied some folks with the necessary hardware, or you can get it from GSA if you decide to go that route..

                Happy boating
