HELP!! 2013 r20 taking on water and not getting up to speed???

Should make sure bilge pump works both with the auto float and when you turn it on before putting boat back in water. I’d personally would do initial leak testing with boat in the water on the trailer.....

I also keep and eye on the bilge pump output on the side of hull on a regular basis. Easy way to get an early warning you are taking on water when you see the bilge constantly running.
