    Speedometer not working.

I have a 2004 switch V, I was having a problem with water spraying from under my V drive, so I took it in to get fixed. It turned out to be my shaft seal, For some resin they had to remove the prop to fix the problem. I got a chance to take it on the lake yesterday and noticed that now my speedometer is not working. I checked to make sure that the paddlewheel is free and that no wires are disconnected from the back of the gage. I know that the gage is getting some sort of signal, as when you first turn the power on ( key switch ) you can see the gage drop just a little. I am assuming that there is a module that converts the pulses from the paddlewheel to an analog signal for the speedometer. I am hoping that some how it got disconnected. Does any body know where I can find it, or give me an idea of what I can check.
I really do not what to take it back in to be fixed, as the tige shop is over an hour away and their operation hours and my work hours conflict.

    Thanks for any help.
    David
