What was the second explanation they gave you?

Same as the first, and then mentioning hit the "Speed Set" and the desired speed to hold it there. After rereading your post, it was different then my problem. I was going to fast past the set speed and not giving it enough time to come back down to the set speed.

Thanks. I contacted Tige. They think the touch pad is bad. Sent me a new one to install. I have already received it. Weather pending, I hope to install it this weekend. Hopefully that's all it is.
