anyone with a service manual for a mercruiser 350 MAG MPI (2001)?
I need some bolt torque specs for the main crank shaft pulley bolts. Does anyone know how the pulley on the seawater pump comes off? Looks as though it's pressed on and not even sure theres room to pull it off because of the floor deck? The pulley's have some rust and trying to clean then up in hopes of eliminating the belts from wearing. I pulled the main pulley off last night but that other pulley, I'm not sure about?

My Merc. Manual says 35 ft. lbs. for Crankshaft Pulley. It is for a 1997. That might give you an idea if no one else chimes in.

For the seawater pump, you might have to remove the entire pump and deal with it that way. I think you will need a press to remove the pulley, but not sure?

I couldn't find anything in my manuals about the main crank shaft pulley bolts. sorry.

As far as the seawater pump, remove the belt and the bolts and the unit w/ come out in tacted, then remove the bolts from the housing and the impreller will be exposed. NOTE: do not over tighten bolts when re-assembling, you will crack the housing it is only plastic. I hope this is what you are looking for if I understood you questions.
