    Speedometer synchronization

I have a 2001 21V Rider edition and I am having problems synchronizing my speedometers. I have a perfect pass, the standard speedometer, and a speedometer on the depth gage. For some reason my speed gage on the perfect pass seems to be the most accurate. I purchased this boat used and the previous owner had the perfect pass installed after market. The perfect pass was exchanged with the RPM gage. A few times this summer the standard speed gage would only show my speed as 5 MPH no matter how fast the boat was travelling. After some investigating it seems the speed sensor was loose on the transom. Once this was adjusted the speedometer was working but I am sure it’s not registering the correct speed. I have tried several different ways of calibrating all the speedometers to included using the adjust knob located in the helm but I have been unsuccessful in fixing this problem. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

why do you need three speedos? I would just look at the perfect pass. But if you have a faria commander gauge (which my 02 has) that has is actually a digital guage, and I believe the book is under the download section of this site. It can be adjusted through it's menu system.

Not sure why the previous owner had three speedos. Thanks for the info.
