    Prop choice???

This is my second post to TO so forgive me if some of this material has been discussed before.

I bought a 2009 22Ve with 900lb Ballast and a standard prop from the factory; im looking for a new prop that would give more power/torque out of the hole when i have the ballast full and some people on board. I will start out with the TAPS at 1 to plane quicker then raise it to the level desired, but still sometimes wont pull up fast enough. Would a different prop offer some remedy... and if so any suggestions on which ones??

This is my first inboard boat and i love it, but i do have these "new" questions (only new to me). But some friends and i are pretty advanced wakeboarders and are looking for any other help that might allow us to "go bigger".

Call ACME props and talk with them. They can give you a recommendation for the best prop for what you want with your setup.

I think that all Tiges currently come with the 537. Several people have switched to, I think, the 1235 for use with significant ballast. But call ACME to make sure.

Usually if you have a ACME 537 as stock the 1235 is the best upgrade path.

x3 on the 1235 as an upgrade for the 537. Whats your elevation, just to be sure?

I will try to get some advice from ACME; my elevation is about 3200 ft in Texas.

Waiting on my 1235 (from 537). About 1300 pounds of surf ballast.

Your transmission is a 1.5:1, the shaft is 1-1/8", it's a LH rotation, and the pitch, dia, and cup will be recommended by ACME.
