    Speed Control screen freezing.

Bought a new 2009 22 Ve 2 weeks ago, have been on a boat my whole life so im not new to the arena.

Turn the speed Control on and pick a wakeboarding speed and set everything on the screen, after a bit of driving or hitting a few waves or "double-ups" the screen will freeze and go blank... the cruise is still activated and working, but the screen is not showing the speed, TAPS, or fuel readings.

Any suggestions on a problem or is this normal with the Tige Speed Control system??

Sounds like a loose connector somewhere on the back of dash. I'd look under the helm and make sure all wires are firmly connected.

^^^ Ditto or it could be loose near the ECM.

I've had the same problem also then i would have to shut the boat off and then turn the battery switch to off and then back to on. I have also had it where the cruise would show it was set but then it wouldn't be set and you'd have to stop the boat turn the cruise off and then back on and then you would be able to go.

Not normal. Some have had issues with the speed set. Your dealer has a fix.
