Help, Fuel/ Running Problem on Mercruiser 350 mpi ski

Hello,
I have a 2003 Tige 21R. It has a 350 MPI Ski engine and has never given me any problems.
I always winterize and store properly at the end of the season. This year I took it out for the first time and it would not stay running. It would idle for a few minutes and then it would go dead. I checked the spark plugs and found they appeared to be dry. I replaced the water/fuel separator, the inline fuel filter(this filter appeared to be the original, the inside of the filter also looked as if the element had turned loose and was restricting fuel flow)I replaced the inline filter to find that nothing had changed. I then pulled the line from the fuel pump (passenger side of the engine)and turned the key on, it shot a steady stream of fuel out so it appears to not be the problem. I had someone check the fuel pressure on the top of the engine and it showed no fuel pressure.
anyone have any ideas before I take it to the shop.

Again, It was running fine when it was stored last year.

There's a fuel pressure regulator that's mounted to the top of the fuel cooler. It's a diaphragm that is affected by ethanol in gas (which our federal gov't has wisely chosen to increase over the years). I've had to change mine. It's a pain to change on my V-Drive, but should be more accessible on your boat because the mufflers won't be in the way. Should be on the port side.

Make sure you check all the sensors wires. I knocked off my ECS sensor wire and my boat ran stanger from then on. Plugged the wire back in and it worked fine. Check the sensor wire right behind the thermos stat hoses, just a thought. I knocked this one off during winterization last year.
