Hi, i bought an 06 22i last september. Brought it out from winter storage today for a good waxing. I noticed some hair line gel coat cracking starting from the rubber trim working up toward the top of the hull. There are four on top of the nose between 3 to 6 inches in length, and a bunch more about 1 inch long and 1 inch apart working back toward the window. I didnt notice these cracks before I winterized the boat. Should I be worried, and what would cause this? Any help is good help.

Those are cosmetic cracks only and in no way representative of any structural problem with the boat, and they are repairable. Gel cracks seem to be a much greater problem up here in Canada and seem to be made worse due to the heat/cold fluctuations when the boat is stored outside for the winter. I have a 2001 21v that has been worked hard (wakeboard school, shop staff, and kids camp boat) and a few cracks have showed up over the years. This past winter I shrink wrapped it and stored it outside for the first time and noticed quite a few more cracks when I opened it this spring. This boat is old enough and now a "work boat" so I am just going to leave the cracks. Yours is new enough that you may want to get it repaired. The repairs are mainly labour intensive (few materials) and it seems that the repair cost varys widely depending on how many people in an area offer this service.
Every towboat brand in my area has had the same issue, sometimes worse in other years than others. My local repair shop says they see all brands of towboats through their doors. Our Tiges have been very good the past few years with virtually no problems on 2006 to current boats. Sorry to hear that you have some, but if you can find a good gel-coat repair person they can make it perfect again. -

If you bought it like you said, you can take it into Tige to have it warrantied if you are the first owner. The warranty period for gelcoat for a 2006 is 1 year from purchase.
