I have a 2004 22i and the Taps computer went out last weekend. I got a new computer box from my dealer and they are trying to help me out also but I thought I would ask here in the meantime. The current box is hardwired with no connections. The new box has an exterior plug with the wires coming out of the plug. It has the same number of wires and 5 of the wires match color for color from the boat to the new plug. The problem I have encountered is the boat has a white with a red stripe, a white, a black, and a black with a red stripe. The plug has 2 black and 2 white. The plug is numbered. #5 is white, #6 is black, #7 & #8 join into one black, and #11 is white. I am trying to determine which number from the plug goes to which wire in the boat. Has anyone encountered this? Thanks Bill
