For some reason our Bluetooth on our 2013 Tige is not working. The icon on the screen is just gray and we can’t figure out how to fix it.

Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem????? mine is doing the same thing.

Most likely the bluetooth module. A dealer can order you one.
