I fired up my RZR for the first time and both fuel gauges, the touch screen and actual gauge both do not register. I disconnected the plug leading to the sending unit and reattached making no difference. What are the suggestions to start looking at? Do the sending units go bad? I guess I could pull it and check the ohms at the plug.

Senders can definitely fail. You can pull it and check ohms at the sender. People tend to freak out when I say this, but if you jump ground to the pink wire the guage should peg to 100%. Verifies sender is the issue. -

Pink wire runs from sender all the way to the helm. Its the signal wire for the gauge/screen.Comment
