Starter issues on 22 VE

Replaced starter but still get a click click click sound and it won't turn over engine. Anyone had this experience?

What's the voltage at your engine battery?

Have you had the starter battery tested recently? A tired battery might not maintain the voltage necessary to push enough current through the starter to turn it, and the relay will disconnect giving you the clicking sound.

Ground is lacking or terminals on either end of the positive or ground cables are dirty.
