Fuel pump needing replaced?

Finally getting time to get back on this issue this weekend now that it has dried out down here south of Houston. I'll post updates as I move along the troubleshooting steps. Will be focused on the electrical troubleshooting.

I am anxious to hear how this was resolved. I know this post is over 7 years old but my 2002 23ft riders edition started doing the exact same thing this week. If anyone knows of more information I would love to hear from you.

I missed providing an update to this. Both fuel pumps were replace. One of the two was locked up and not operating. Upon replacing both pumps engine ran just fine. I sent you a direct message as well. Let me know if you have any questions.
